1️⃣ Black out or blur an Instagram story and add a prompt like the example below offering a resource that users can “message to reveal” when they DM you a specific word:

2️⃣ Once they DM you the word, your story will magically appear! 🪄

AND – here’s the best part – if you have an automation set up & connected to this word on the back end, they will also receive a DM with your promised resource at exactly the same time (like at the top of this example):
